Centralized Sale Creation Administrator<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The Centralized Sale Creation Administrator will be responsible for the cataloguing of all<\/p>\n

property that comes into Sotheby\u2019s using our bespoke system. The Administrator will liaise with<\/p>\n

both the e-Commerce team as well as specialist departments and research analysts. In addition<\/p>\n

to cataloguing property, the CSC Administrator will create online-only auctions as well as assist<\/p>\n

in the production of live sales.<\/p>\n

The Administrator will function as an intermediary between the digital team and other groups<\/p>\n

within Sotheby\u2019s, demonstrating a strong understanding of technology and commerce. The<\/p>\n

ideal candidate is data driven individual, with meticulous attention to detail and efficiency on<\/p>\n

various technical platforms. The Administrator should be comfortable speaking with groups of<\/p>\n

people, and be willing to assist in any partnership opportunities that arise within the e-<\/p>\n

commerce group.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

–\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Catalogue property within Sotheby\u2019s bespoke System<\/p>\n

–\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Maintain data within shared documents and cloud based systems<\/p>\n

–\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Aid in the creation of online sales<\/p>\n

–\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Assist in partnership opportunities as they relate to ecommerce and auctions (e.g. create<\/p>\n

mock auctions to support proposals)<\/p>\n

–\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Publish online sales<\/p>\n

–\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Troubleshoot issues with technical platforms and escalate\/report accordingly<\/p>\n

\n

Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n

–\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a01-2 years of experience in a digital environment, with strong people skills.<\/p>\n

–\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/p>\n

–\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Highly organized, collaborative and adaptive, with the ability to work calmly and<\/p>\n

professionally under pressured, time sensitive deadlines.<\/p>\n

–\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Experience with cross-platform digital projects.<\/p>\n

–\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Experience data analysis.<\/p>\n
