Position Summary:<\/b><\/p>\n
This role will be respo=
\nnsible for working closely with product managers, visual designers, engineer=
\ns, member services, marketing and the sales team to create industry leading =
\nuser experience designs.<\/p>\n

\nceptualize and develop user-centered design solutions that meet the user’s n=
\needs and goals of the businessOrganize site content and increase fu=
\nnctionality of user tasks and processes through the creation of user scenari=
\nos, sitemaps, wire-frames, and diagramsTest design solutions with i=
\nntended audience and refine based on findingsCollaborate with team =
\nmembers in developing design solutions Help identify process improv=
\nements that make the group more efficient and effectiveActively con=
\ntribute to the culture of communication, collaboration and creativity<\/p>\n

2 to 3 years as part of a User =
\nExperience Team (Information Architect, Usability Engineer, Interaction Desi=
\ngner or HCI background)Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Omnig=
\nraffle, Microsoft Office Experience developing online social tools =
\nand productsFamiliarity with data analysis and web analytics tools <\/p><\/div>\n
