My name is Dr. Kayla LeLeux-LaBarge and I am an organizational psychologist at\u00a0Equilibria Leadership Consulting<\/a>\u00a0and one of the developers of a new Philadelphia-based ed-tech startup\/product called the\u00a0Young Leader Project<\/a>.\u00a0The Young Leader Project is an interactive learning tool that teaches leadership soft skills to young people ages 7-11. This project is focused on one thing\u2026 building tomorrow’s leaders by introducing integral leadership skills and ways to develop them over the course of a lifetime.<\/p>\n
