It will feature work from cutting edge New Media Artists from around the world and integrate elements of immersive theater and illusion. The project will provide hands on experience for Artists and Engineers who are looking to pursue carriers involving large scale creative technology applications. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Works may encompass the follow technologies, tools, and mediums: <\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Projection Mapping <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Projection and Animation for Fulldome \/ immersive cinema. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kinect \/ LIDAR \/ Touch reactive displays <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Generative Art<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Processing <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">OpenCV<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">LED \/ LCD displays <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sound design \/ Ambisonics <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Laser Cutting \/ CNC routing <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3D printing <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Robotics <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zoetropes <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">TouchOSC <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Touch Designer <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Autodesk Maya<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cinema 4D<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">High Impact theatrical lighting and special effects <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lasers<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">etc. \u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Internship scope of work will include but is not limited to:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Collaborating with artist and teams on the installation and integration of their work. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assist the creative and technical directors in the development of custom art installations and interactive experiences within the space.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assist in the development of on-site technical infrastructure and systems. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assist in the development of custom technological integrations, including a master control system. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assist in the maintenance and repair of technological infrastructure. \u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assisting the Technical Director in developing and fulfilling:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tech riders <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Installation schedules <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Master Control Manual <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Troubleshooting action plan <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Equipment maintenance schedules<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Requirements:<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Extensive knowledge of New Media Arts and technology driven applications<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Passion for creative problem solving and finding innovative solutions<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Great organizational skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Good understanding of GSuite, particularly google sheets<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Preference of \u00a0challenging, fast paced environments with new ideas<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Passion for cutting edge technology<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Interns have the opportunity to be offered a full time paid position after 4 months unpaid.
