\nis looking to film a series of training sessions ranging from half a day to =
\ntwo days and then edit them down to a brief training video—mostly highligh=
\nts from the training courses. We are looking at different options, but ideal=
\nly we would like it to look something similar to the Ted Talks<\/font><\/p>\n
\nm\/themes\/top_10_tedtalks.html <\/font><\/p>\n
\ne training courses on Governance and Anti-Corruption at the World Bank in co=
\nnference rooms so it won't be nearly as nice or engaging as the Ted Talk=
\ns. Or alternatively we might consider uploading these training courses and s=
\nynching them to the power point using something like Articulate Presenter or=
\n Adobe Presenter similar to this presentation:<\/font><\/p>\n

\netty flexible in terms of ideas…but want to create a high quality edited v=
\nideo that staff people would be interested in watching…not just because it=
\n is mandatory to watch.<\/font><\/p>\n
\nf doing it in house, but given that the task at hand is pretty simple….fil=
\nm a training course and edit the video so it is available to upload onto a w=
\nebsite online….we thought we might be able to get someone younger to add a=
\n fresher spin to the videos\/editing. Plus, because it is in house, they seem=
\n to charge a lot more than what we think we can get at the market rate in te=
\nrms of cost for quality. Sooooooo we are looking into hiring someone freelan=
\nce basically to come in and film and edit these videos. It would be for 6 tr=
\naining courses (again the courses will range from about a half day to two da=
\nys of face to face training) that would have to be filmed and edited. So i i=
\nmagine the project would be somewhere between 18-20 days or so of filming an=
\nd editing- give or take a few days. I think the first course is offered some=
\ntime at the very end of September\/beginning of October through the first wee=
\nk of November…and all the courses would have to be ready to be uploaded on=
\n the web before the end of the year.<\/font><\/p>\n
\nbody that is qualified and interested for the job, could you please put them=
\n in contact with me and have them provide the following information:<\/font><\/p>\n
\ncharge for filming\/editing?
Do they own their own filming equipment and e=
\nditing software? If we hire them, what equipment do we need to provide?<\/p>\n
\nvideo they have filmed\/edited<\/font><\/p>\n
\ng for a good web designer so if you can recommend anyone based in DC that wo=
\nuld also be great.<\/font><\/p>\n
