{"id":20379,"date":"2019-10-30T11:45:13","date_gmt":"2019-10-30T15:45:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/itp.nyu.edu\/opportunities\/?p=20379"},"modified":"2019-10-30T11:45:13","modified_gmt":"2019-10-30T15:45:13","slug":"job-bank-of-america-senior-experience-designer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/itp.nyu.edu\/opportunities\/2019\/10\/30\/job-bank-of-america-senior-experience-designer\/","title":{"rendered":"JOB: Bank of America, Senior Experience Designer"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"job-detail\">\n<h3>Bank of America<\/h3>\n<h3>Sr. Experience Designer (XD)<\/h3>\n<p><b>Job Description:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>As a Senior Experience Designer you will<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Help define product strategy, work with designers and engineers to plan and design new features, and evangelize the overall quality of what is shipped.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with a team of designers in creating visions, concepts, and driving the great work across the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability on multiple designs\/projects at one time, using strong communication\/presentation skills to manage time and expectations appropriately while also thinking strategically about the overall experience.<\/li>\n<li>Create journey maps to show and tell the steps required to complete simple or complex tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable with leading design thinking workshops and design sprints.<\/li>\n<li>Design screens and interactive prototypes (InVision) that make up the experience.<\/li>\n<li>Be a brand evangelist optimizing for digital interfaces.<\/li>\n<li>Respect standards but constantly push where new ideas will improve the design.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You\u2019re a person who has (required skills)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>8+ years of design experience with a dazzling portfolio of designs.<\/li>\n<li>2+ years of work experience as lead\/senior designer.<\/li>\n<li>Expert in user-centered design methodologies and rapid ideation processes like Lean UX, Design Sprints, and Dual-Track Agile.<\/li>\n<li>Expert in designing for responsive web and mobile apps.<\/li>\n<li>Expert in multi-channel industry standards and best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Expert with Sketch and InVision.<\/li>\n<li>Work co-located with other designers and partners.
