This opportunity is to join McCann New York, the flagship office of the global McCann network, as a Junior Innovation Producer focused on digital and experiential projects. The Junior Innovation Producer will initially be responsible for overseeing the redesign of three consumer-facing websites. The Junior Innovation Producer will be assigned additional projects that range in nature from installation-based experiences to digital product.
\nThe Junior Innovation Producer will manage internal strategy and creative (UX\/UI) deadlines then source and supervise third parties for testing, QA, and development as needed. The successful candidate will be versed in effective production methodologies in order to deliver high-quality work efficiently. This person will use impeccable planning, a personal network of partners, and creative problem solving to lead high-value projects \u2013 delivering on time, on budget, and with an emphasis on craft. A proven track record of success in producing websites, mobile applications, and campaign microsites is necessary.<\/p>\n

Your responsibilities:
\n\uf0b7 Ensure internal teams are following the company\u2019s digital workflow
\n\uf0b7 Develop and maintain a timeline for each project\/feature
\n\uf0b7 Ensure timing for each deliverable is based on resource availability
\n\uf0b7 Develop and maintain project status reports
\n\uf0b7 Conduct regular production meetings to ensure stakeholder alignment
\n\uf0b7 RFP, scope and negotiate contracts with all third parties
\n\uf0b7 Manage all stages of production, including UX, design, dev, QA, UAT, and deployment
\n\uf0b7 Ensure high-quality, accuracy, and on-time delivery on all projects
\n\uf0b7 Work in partnership and close collaboration with other departments
\n\uf0b7 Plan, prioritize and successfully manage a workload with multiple, simultaneous projects
\n\uf0b7 Foster team collaboration, monitor quality, be opinionated and vocal about design and
\ndevelopment best practices
\nQualifications:
\n\uf0b7 Agile, dynamic, creative thinker and problem solver
\n\uf0b7 Strong communication skills for articulating digital concepts
\n\uf0b7 2-4 years\u2019 experience producing digital projects under EP supervision
\n\uf0b7 Experience managing simultaneous projects
\n\uf0b7 Experience with the Atlassian suite, particularly Jira or other quality assurance tools
\n\uf0b7 Experience with an Agile process, product backlogs, pointing and sprints
\n\uf0b7 Production oversight of modern responsive websites, iOS and Android apps as well as
\nAPI-consuming projects
\n\uf0b7 Bachelor\u2019s degree<\/p>\n
