\nRoboFun | Vision Education & Media provides exciting, hands-on after school programs using
\nemerging technologies for PK-12th grade youth. We ignite kids\u2019 passion to explore & solve problems as
\nthey learn to invent, build, code and troubleshoot. Our students build and program LEGO\u00ae robots,
\nsolder DIY electronic projects, create and code video games, shoot stop motion animations, and
\ndesign web pages.
\nJob Summary
\nWe are looking for a smart, creative team player to be our Onsite Junior Program Manager, someone
\nwho will be able to speak knowledgeably about the programs we offer, treat our students and their
\nfamilies with warmth and grace, and help keep the many details of our small business organized. The
\nideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability and eagerness to jump into new
\nsituations and navigate them with integrity and success. The ideal candidate will enjoy a fast paced<\/p>\n
environment that requires thinking on your feet, and be excited about working with a team of like-
\nminded people who create innovative learning environments for children.<\/p>\n
We are looking for a team player that wants to make an impact in a non-traditional educational
\nenvironment. The Onsite Junior Program Manager will enjoy variety of new experiences and will have
\na chance to play a role in the growth strategy of RoboFun.
\nRESPONSIBILITIES
\n\u2022 Be the \u201cface of RoboFun\u201d to potential clients and guests both on the phone and in person
\n\u2022 Respond to parent inquiries\/questions through email and give tours to potential walk-in clients
\n\u2022 Provide our students and families with excellent customer service
\n\u2022 Light bookkeeping and client database maintenance
\n\u2022 Assist with clerical duties, including keeping track of inventory, ordering office supplies,
\nprogram supplies, scanning bills & filing paperwork
\n\u2022 Assist the on-site Program Manager with social media projects and occasionally photograph
\nimportant events for marketing purposes
\n\u2022 Track and manage the onsite equipment, ensuring it is accounted for and in good condition
\n\u2022 Organize and prepare LEGO and other materials for our classes and birthday parties
\n\u2022 Supervise cleaning staff and assist with clean up three times a week or when needed
\n\u2022 Assist in monitoring the facility, ensuring that it is a safe, clean and healthy place for children
\n\u2022 Assist with the supervision of all after school classes, summer camp and weekend programs to
\nassure programs run smoothly and safely.
\n\u2022 Assist in monitoring staff members to ensure they\u2019re accurately performing assigned duties and
\nresponsibilities

\n\u2022 TA or lead classes as needed<\/p>\n

\nWork Relationships
\nReports to the Onsite Program Manager and works closely with all Program Managers and the
\nDirector of Operations. Work schedule is generally 9 AM-5 PM Mon-Fri during the academic year and
\n8 AM- 4PM during the summer. Some schedule adjustments, weekends, and evenings are required to
\nfacilitate programs and oversee projects.
\nQualifications
\nBachelor\u2019s degree and experience working with children in traditional or non traditional learning
\nenvironments is required. Must have the ability to solve problems and work independently. A strong
\nattention to detail is required Strong project, planning, and time management skills are essential. Must have
\nthe ability to work in a fast-paced environment and cooperate with multiple staff members and partners in an
\nefficient and professional manner.
