The Computer Science Department is hiring a TUTOR\u00a0<\/strong>for the\u00a0following\u00a0Spring 2020 course:
CSCI-UA.421\u00a0Numerical\u00a0Computing
Professor Margaret Wright –\u00a0mhw@cs.nyu.edu<\/a>
Must be available on-campus for 5 hours per week<\/strong>
Grader\u00a0Compensation: $1,050 for 5 hours per week
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In order to qualify for a position, you must have:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Knowledge of linear algebra and Matlab, and background in numerical analysis\/numerical computing<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-An overall GPA of 3.5 or higher<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Received a grade of A- or better in the course or have studied extensively the relevant course topic yourself.
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– A good academic record and must be enrolled or maintaining matriculation as a student here at NYU for the semester.Please note that you DO NOT qualify for the position if you have already accepted a job for over 15 hours.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
