The deadline to apply for these positions is <strong>Friday, June 12<\/strong>. See below for more information and links to the applications.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have any questions or concerns about the application process, please feel free to contact me at <a href=\"mailto:kangeles@nyu.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">kangeles@nyu.edu<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Section Leaders<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Section leaders are responsible for preparing for labs, conducting lab sessions, and holding office hours. Section leaders should be comfortable with public speaking and leading a large recitation. Section leaders may also be required to attend the lecture. Section leaders can be graduate students or non-students. Undergraduates cannot be hired as section leaders. The work involves 5 hours a week, which counts towards the maximum of 20 hours that students are permitted to work on campus. Please note that grader positions entail roughly 10 hours a week on average for 14 weeks. When you are applying for the position, please be mindful of the 20-hours-a-week limit.
