\nPlease share with graduate students who qualify for Federal Work Study. They must apply via Handshake:<\/p>\n
This position will serve as a liaison between the Tisch School of the Arts first year writing program and eight different guest lecturers for the spring semester. The Lecture Liaison and Technology Manager will check in weekly with the Department’s Administrative Director for evaluation.<\/p>\n
You will communicate with lecturers to send confirmation and reminder emails, ensure that video recordings of lectures are procured in a timely manner in advance of lectures and that links to videoconferencing sessions are received by lecturers.<\/p>\n
You will also operate the Zoom room on lecture days, ensure that speakers\u2019 video and audio connection are functioning properly, ensure that video presentations are played in a smooth and timely fashion, assist moderators with fielding questions from students via chat and Q&A functions, and troubleshoot tech needs on the fly as necessary.<\/p>\n
Must be eligible for Graduate Federal Work-Study Program .<\/p>\n
Must be highly adept with the Zoom platform. Strong communication and organizational skills required.<\/p>\n
Must be available for up to 2 hours of administrative work each week plus the following hours on the following days:<\/p>\n
