\nighly skilled in a range of research methods and will have significant exper=
\nience working on discovery research for new web-based applications. YouTube =
\nresearchers work in close collaboration with designers, product managers, ma=
\nrketing staff and engineers to build products with a laser-like focus on the=
\n needs of real users. The ideal candidate for this job will possess strong q=
