\nern to create weekly web videos
for Fairytale Fashion, a program created=
\n with the support of Eyebeam
that educates girls about technology. Fairy=
\ntale Fashion creates magic
clothing with blooming flowers, changing colo=
\nrs, and transforming
shapes using muscle wire, deployable structures, mi=
\ncrocontrollers, and
other electronics.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:
Sh=
\nooting and editing a weekly short web episode\/video podcasts. Videos
are=
\n informal with a medium production quality. Videos will be posted
weekly=
\n on the Fairytale Fashion website and redistributed to blogs
such as Giz=
\nmodo, Make, etc.<\/p>\n
Experience:
-be familiar with operating a pros=
\numer camera such as the Sony HDV
-proficiency with Final Cut Pro
-be=
\n familiar with preparing video files for internet streaming<\/p>\n

\n Design intern will help to create and fabricate garments. Most
garments=
\n will contain electronics or new materials. He\/she will help
to op=
\nerate laser cutter, knitting machine, sew garments, 3-D printer.
Prior e=
\nxperience using these tools and electronics is not required.
Intern shou=
\nld have experience creating prototypes\/samples\/models for
industrial des=
\nign, fashion design, or architecture.<\/p>\n
