\nand work with a multi-disciplinary group of designers focused on creating innovative and
\ninspiring retail experiences.
\nYou have the ability to think spatially, visualize ideas in 2D or 3D formats, strong
\ncommunication skills, an obsessive eye for detail, and a deep care for how people
\nbehave with objects. This internship will provide an opportunity to work closely with
\ncreative directors, designers, producers and production teams to develop an
\nunderstanding of retail experiences, product introductions, and store design at Apple.
\nKEY QUALIFICATIONS
\nStudying spatial or 3D driven design including industrial design, interior design,
\narchitecture, environmental or experience design:
\n– Strong visual design skills
\n– Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote
\n– Proficiency in 3D modeling such as Rhino, SolidWorks, or Alias
\n– Proficiency in 3D visualization such as Keyshot, Maya, or Cinema 4D
\n– Experience or coursework in materials, manufacturing or fabrication a plus
\n– Rapid prototyping experience (3D printing, laser cutter, model making) a plus
\n– Prior internship or experience in-house\/agency\/client setting a significant plus
\nDESCRIPTION
\nSome responsibilities include:
\n– Concept ideation (hand sketching, 2D comping, 3D visualization)
\n– CAD modeling or drawing sets \/ creation of design intent packages
\n– Physical prototyping of concepts
\n– Presentation preparation
\nEDUCATION
\nCurrently enrolled in a Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s program in a related field of study during
\ntime of internship (recent grads not applicable). To qualify you must graduate
\nanytime after August 2022 and include a portfolio link on your resume. Please do
