The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and be able to design and implement features and tools with little to no direction. This position requires a person with a broad set of technical skills who is ready to work in a fast-paced environment for cinema, music videos, and television.<\/p>\n<p>What your responsibilities will be:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build Virtual Production toolsets and pipelines primarily in Unreal Engine, but also in DCC&#8217;s such as Maya and Houdini<\/li>\n<li>In-engine problem solving, willing to use outside-of-the-box solutions<\/li>\n<li>Performance profiling and optimization<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>What we are looking for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of experience with Unreal Engine<\/li>\n<li>Excellent C++ skills<\/li>\n<li>Well versed in software engineering principles<\/li>\n<li>Experience setting up and maintaining systems and procedures for revision control such as Perforce preferred<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with virtual production and film\/tv production workflows a bonus<\/li>\n<li>An open mind and exploratory spirit (i.e. someone who is willing to collaborate with our Senior Developer to take risks, try new things, fail, and find creative solutions together)<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Interested parties should be prepared to work in-person at our facility in South Pasadena, CA.
