Anyone who has graduated (undergrad or grad) and can commit to the full-time yearlong program is eligible. Ideally people have at least a year or so of experience (internships, projects, etc count) but it\u2019s open to anyone.<\/p>\n

The Orchard is a\u00a0yearlong paid residency in Marcom\u00a0focused on bringing emerging, diverse\u00a0talent into our teams across many\u00a0disciplines. We plan to have positions\u00a0available for writers, designers, art\u00a0directors, video producers, UX\u00a0designers and web developers, brand\u00a0managers, strategic and media\u00a0planners, CG creatives, and interactive\u00a0producers. The chance for ongoing,\u00a0full-time employment in Marcom is\u00a0possible upon completion of program.<\/p>\n

Our application window is open\u00a0and we\u2019d love any assistance\u00a0in getting the word out to your\u00a0network! Please feel free to share this\u00a0with any\/all alumni or graduating\u00a0students who may be interested, or let\u00a0me know who else I can include on\u00a0reach-out.
