Build a de=
\nep understanding of the emergency management market, different stakeholders,=
\n and market forces =96 through primary and secondary research<\/font><\/div>\n

Be conversant in the business drivers and user goals in working wit=
\nh others in the company, and guiding design initiatives<\/font><\/div>\n

 <\/font><\/p>\n

Develop and c=
\nontinue to enhance User and Buyer Personas for each of our target markets an=
\nd product lines<\/font><\/div>\n

\n<\/font><\/p>\n

Work with product management and customers to complete=
\n use cases, interaction design, wire frames, and prototypes for new and exis=
\nting products<\/font><\/div>\n

 <\/p>\n

Assist in the design considerations involved with portin=
\ng current software to: different healthcare verticals; other personnel categ=
\nories across the enterprise; and different mobile devices\/platforms<\/font><\/p>\n

 <\/font><\/p>\n

Up=
\ndate and maintain usability, interaction, and overall GUI guidelines for ove=
\nrall product line<\/font><\/div>\n

Drive onsite user testing and product and website op=
\ntimization to reduce clicks, and enhance the clarity and ease-of-use of the =
\ndesign.<\/font><\/div>\n
Conduct primary and secondary research to sup=

Conduct ongoing research of indust=
