The incumbent will s<span lang=\"RU\">erve as point person supporting the\u00a0<\/span>Undergraduate Drama department\u2019s\u00a0<span lang=\"RU\">IT infrastructure, including Mac and Windows desktops, endpoint management, AV technologies (such as phones, Zoom, projectors and TVs\/monitors) as well as administrative, faculty, and learning spaces. Partner with University departments, schools to implement university-wide technologies.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Responds to in-person, email, and telephone requests for assistance on a wide-ranging one-on-one basis.\u00a0Possesses some knowledge of commonly used hardware and software, particularly those used in Higher Education teaching and administration, as well as creative applications.
