\nAroma Haven | Mindful Ambience (AH|MA) is a platform that provides immersive experiences with augmented
\nreality, scent, and music at hospital waiting rooms and wellness centers.
\nWe\u2019ve all been there – sitting in waiting rooms to see the doctors, picking up the magazines\/health pamphlets, and
\nnoticed the ambience of the room. What if you can connect further with your inner self and provide a personalized
\nsanctuary during that time? That\u2019s what we do\u2014with augmented reality, scents, and sounds\u2014delivering straight to
\nusers and partnering access to healthcare providers
\nYour Responsibilities
\nWe are looking for a dynamic, energetic intern who is eager to learn about our company by assisting various
\ndepartments. To be successful as an Intern, you should be willing to help with any tasks assigned by a supervisor.
\nYou will be involved in current and future projects across several different departments: Operations. Product,
\nBusiness Development, Marketing, Research and Grants.
\nSome of these responsibilities will include, but are not limited to
\n\u25cf Understanding the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals.
\n\u25cf Attending meetings and taking minutes.
\n\u25cf Performing research at a supervisor’s request.
\n\u25cf Providing ideas to grow and improve the business.
\n\u25cf Accepts designated, business-focus projects to research, propose ideas and solutions
\n\u25cf Provide suggestions to management for improving internal processes.
\nAbout You
\nYou Are:
\n\u25cf Agile
\n\u25cf A Problem Solver – You like thinking on your feet and solving problems for people as they arise
\n\u25cf A Team Player – You don’t feel like you\u2019re winning unless everyone on the team is!
\n\u25cf Accountable – You can be relied upon to take something on and run with it
\nYou Also Have:
\n\u25cf Experience working in a fast paced environment and are comfortable with rolling up your sleeves, helping
\nwith everything and anything needed and working to deadlines.
\n\u25cf Outstanding organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple tasks at once
\n\u25cf Excellent verbal and written communication skills<\/p>\n
\u25cf High levels of interpersonal skills, especially empathy and patience.
\n\u25cf Proficiency with Microsoft Office and G-Suite
\nAnd while not mandatory we\u2019d also like it if you have:
\n\u25cf Experience of working in or knowledge of VR\/AR and the health\/wellness industry
\n\u25cf A personal interest in health, wellness and social impact
\n\u25cf Experience using a CRM<\/p>\n

\nStart Date: 6th March 2023
\nEnd Date: 6th May 2023
\n*NOTE: This can be extended to a summer internship
\nCommitment: 10-15 hours\/week with 1-2 team meetings per week.
\nLocation: Fully Remote
