Based in NYC, with a growing online presence, TKU inspires<br \/>\nneurodiverse students to create &amp; share the tools of technology in a supportive<br \/>\ncommunity. By addressing gaps in access to tech, TKU strives to change the paradigm<br \/>\nfor education &amp; employment for neurodiverse students ages 7-22.<br \/>\nJob Summary<br \/>\nTeachers create curriculum and teach technology and digital media arts workshops on a<br \/>\nvariety of topics to neurodiverse youth, teens, and young adults. Topics include Graphic<br \/>\nDesign, Coding, Game Design, Music Production, Video Editing, and more. Ideal<br \/>\ncandidates will be multidisciplinary. Students learn<br \/>\nprogramming such as Graphic Design, Coding, Game Design, and more. Tech<br \/>\ncounselors will use their expertise to help the teacher and keep students engaged. Tech<br \/>\ncounselors should be kind and patient, but no experience working with children or<br \/>\nneurodiverse students is required, although a plus.
