Normally, I would teach it, but I can&#8217;t this time around.  The topic areas are fairly flexible; I teach Flash with an emphasis on interaction design and programming fundamentals.  However, they are open to Processing, and possibly other topics\/technologies, as well.  Email me off list at davemacc@nyu.edu if you are interested.
