They’re seeking a super seasoned Research\/Insights leader to help take them to the next level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This is NOT a player\/coach role. Seeking someone with executive presence who can drive initiatives from the top through partnerships with key exec stakeholders and the C Suite, and give their Research + Insights team great visibility and ballast. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Should have strong UX Research experience, and also past experience overseeing teams who do Market Research, Consumer Insights, Corporate Strategy Research, and\/or Voice of the Customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Seeking someone with 7-10+ years management experience, managing 5-10 person sized teams, with at least a few years’ experience managing Managers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
