These shifts are Monday through Friday 5:30 &#8211; 10:30 pm and Saturday and Sunday from 11:30 am to 6:30 pm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adjunct faculty are needed to monitor the General Engineering Open Laboratory and MakerSpace managed spaces. Duties include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Supporting student use of equipment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensuring compliance with safety, health, and space usage policies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assisting in the maintenance and operation of the facilities and equipment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reporting issues to the MakerSpace and General Engineering Managers and Directors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qualifications<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Master\u2019s degree or higher in engineering, creative technology or a related discipline\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Intermediate or higher level 3D printers, laser cutters and hand tools skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1-2 years of experience in STEM education environments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working with a diverse population of students,\u00a0 particularly skill levels and interests.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Application Instructions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Interested candidates should submit the following materials electronically at:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cover letter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>CV<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Names and Contact information for three professional references<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We will review applications beginning on&nbsp;November 6, 2024&nbsp;and will continue until we fill the position.
