This means that interns will work between their assigned office and home. Interns will be based in the office where their manager and\/or team are&nbsp;located, where they will get the most support to ensure collaboration and the best employee experience. Managers and their organization will&nbsp;determine&nbsp;the frequency they need to go into the office to meet priorities.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What&nbsp;You\u2019ll&nbsp;Do&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Have meaningful ownership.\u00a0You\u2019ll\u00a0make important decisions about the way our product looks, feels, and behaves.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Critique and be critiqued. We ship.\u00a0You\u2019ll\u00a0have multiple opportunities to bring the hypothetical to the actual and enjoy seeing your work in the hands of millions.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What You Need to Succeed<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Currently enrolled full time and pursuing a Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s in\u00a0interaction design, new media design, HCI, or a related design field;\u00a0or equivalent experience\u00a0required\u00a0with an expected graduation date of December 2025 \u2013 June 2026\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Previous\u00a0project, internship or work experience in UX\/UI design or related fields.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Experience working in teams with many moving parts.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Experience working with or conducting your own research, presenting results, and acting on those results.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Awareness of how\u00a0<em>visual<\/em>\u00a0design languages and UI frameworks affect the design process.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strong interpersonal,\u00a0written\u00a0and oral communication skills.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Desire to be part of a fun, tight-knit team.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Love for all things design.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ability to\u00a0participate\u00a0in a full-time internship between May-September\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several\u202f U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position\u202fis $38.00 &#8212; $51.00 hourly.
