This is a 12-month, full-time, benefited staff position based on our main campus in Winchester, Virginia. In addition to shop management and lighting design responsibilities across a robust season of productions and guest artist events, the position includes a teaching component through a separate adjunct faculty contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019re particularly interested in early-career professionals who are passionate about mentorship, safety, collaboration, and continued learning.
