The ideal<br \/>\ncandidate will be a rock star, someone who has either created or lead<br \/>\nsuccessful internet properties and who has experience with publisher<br \/>\nsolutions, advertising networks, affiliate programs, cultivation of<br \/>\ndeveloper communities and grass roots web marketing.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>o) Drive awareness and usage of Daylife&#8217;s publisher solutions.<br \/>\no) Develop marketing programs to reach out to our publisher and<br \/>\ndeveloper community.<br \/>\no) Define and evolve product positioning and messaging for all Daylife<br \/>\nconstituents.<br \/>\no) Build equity around the Daylife brand.<br \/>\no) Deeply understand customer needs through primary and secondary<br \/>\nresearch and translate these to product suggestions\/refinement.<br \/>\no) Lead evangelism and guerilla marketing initiatives.<br \/>\no) Develop collateral that optimally positions the strengths of our<br \/>\nproducts.<br \/>\no) Build and manage the marketing budget; evaluate ROI of marketing<br \/>\ncampaigns.<br \/>\no) Manage and coordinate with PR firm.<br \/>\no) Support the strategic partnership efforts of Daylife&#8217;s sales and<br \/>\nbusiness development teams.<\/p>\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n<p>o) BA\/BS degree, MBA a plus.<br \/>\no) Minimum 7 years experience with building an Internet product or<br \/>\nbrand, B2B2C experience a huge plus.<br \/>\no) Experience building and\/or managing teams.<br \/>\no) Web-native and proven passion for technology; technical understanding<br \/>\nof online applications a plus.<br \/>\no) Passion for analyzing products, customers and market dynamics.<br \/>\no) Proven ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities and meet<br \/>\ndeadlines.<br \/>\no) Outstanding written and oral communication skills.<br \/>\no) A great team player, inspirer.<br \/>\no) Strong organizational and analytical skills.<\/p>\n<p>Interested? With<br \/>\ncopy, illustrations, and video. You must:<\/p>\n<p>1) Be A super-anal project manager.<br \/>\n2) Be hands-on.
