  • Collaborate closely with our in-house team for smooth order processing and client communication<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

This role is more concierge-style than pure licensing \u2014 it\u2019s about being the friendly, reliable point of contact who ensures designers feel cared for and supported.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Greet and assist trade clients, interior designers, and architects with sample requests, orders, and inquiries<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Manage sample inventory, fulfillment, and vendor communications<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Support studio staff with scheduling, showroom appointments, and follow-ups<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a polished, professional presence<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Track orders and communicate status updates clearly and proactively<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          Ideal Candidate<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • 1\u20132 years of experience in customer-facing roles (interiors, retail, or showroom experience a plus)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
