Empathetic Intelligence is an AI-powered platform bringing empathy to the center of human connection and care. We are starting with a focus on Black men \u2014 an underserved community in emotional health \u2014 to demonstrate impact where it matters most, before scaling more broadly. With paying customers and validated demand, we are preparing for pre-seed fundraising in 2025 and building the foundations for rapid growth. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

About the Roles<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

As an Engineering Intern<\/strong>, you\u2019ll help build and improve the technology behind Empathetic Intelligence\u2019s AI-driven app. You\u2019ll contribute to front-end development, support AI\/ML integration, and gain exposure to real-world, data-driven application design. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responsibilities <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Assist in building and testing web and mobile front-end features. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Support the integration of AI\/ML models <\/strong>into the product. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Help analyze product usage data to inform improvements. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Collaborate with designers and engineers on feature development. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

What You\u2019ll Gain <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Practical experience with modern web and mobile frameworks<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responsibilities <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Contribute to brand storytelling <\/strong>and narrative design. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Assist in producing multimedia content (graphics, video, blogs, social posts). \u25cf Help manage community engagement across platforms. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Support visual identity projects for presentations, campaigns, and marketing. What You\u2019ll Gain <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Experience developing brand and media strategies <\/strong>in a startup. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

You\u2019ll work closely with our product and engineering teams to design, prototype, and test user experiences that are intuitive, engaging, and human-centered. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responsibilities <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to explore new ideas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Support user research and usability testing <\/strong>to gather insights. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Assist in maintaining design systems and ensuring visual consistency. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Collaborate with engineers to bridge design and implementation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
