The residency culminates in a group exhibition produced and hosted by TAC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>TAC&nbsp;AIR&nbsp;Program Provides:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Individual studio space<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>24-hour access to Textile Arts Center studio and equipment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hands-on technical workshops (i.e. weaving, felting, machine knitting, natural dyeing and surface design)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lectures in textile history and professional development (textile conservation, grant writing, art law, gallery relations)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Weekly critiques<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Culminating group exhibition<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Scholarship:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The TAC&nbsp;AIR&nbsp;Scholarship Fund will support one&nbsp;artist or designer who demonstrates commitment&nbsp;to their art practice, identifies with a historically&nbsp;underrepresented community in the arts and&nbsp;states the need for financial assistance to participate in the program and advance their artistic&nbsp;practice.
