The Coordinator of Marketing works directly<br \/>\n&gt;&gt; with management and across the organization to create the public<br \/>\n&gt;&gt; face of StoryCorps, as we offer our services and our content to an<br \/>\n&gt;&gt; expanding range of people and institutions. As a key member of a<br \/>\n&gt;&gt; fast paced, highly collaborative team, the Coordinator helps<br \/>\n&gt;&gt; StoryCorps departments and programs communicate with constituents,<br \/>\n&gt;&gt; to ensure their most productive experience with StoryCorps. The<br \/>\n&gt;&gt; Coordinator of Marketing reports to Director of Marketing &amp;<br \/>\n&gt;&gt; Communications and works as a team with the Senior Coordinator of<br \/>\n&gt;&gt; Communications.<br \/>\n&gt;&gt;<br \/>\n&gt;&gt; Essential Duties and Responsibilites:<br \/>\n&gt;&gt;<br \/>\n&gt;&gt; Implement all marketing efforts, track progress regularly and<br \/>\n&gt;&gt; evaluate results<br \/>\n&gt;&gt; Develop and implement marketing strategies and organization-wide<br \/>\n&gt;&gt; plans for specific products or services to meet organizational goals<br \/>\n&gt;&gt; Create and produce promotional messages, materials, and campaigns<br \/>\n&gt;&gt; Work with the senior leadership to establish and reinforce an<br \/>\n&gt;&gt; institutional identity and brand<br \/>\n&gt;&gt; Collaborate with customer-facing departments (Outreach, Mobile,<br \/>\n&gt;&gt; Initiatives, Earned Revenue Services) to develop marketing and<br \/>\n&gt;&gt; promotion plans.<br \/>\n&gt;&gt; Draft, edit, and manage the design and production of all marketing<br \/>\n&gt;&gt; collateral, including printed materials, signage, e-materials,<br \/>\n&gt;&gt; newsletters, and templates for use by customer-facing departments<br \/>\n&gt;&gt; Work collaboratively with Webmaster on website, e-communications,<br \/>\n&gt;&gt; and online results tracking.
