The team is implementing a leading\u00a0edge, semantically robust, computable inter-operability backbone and\u00a0development framework. The first vertical application is built upon an<br \/>\nindustrial strength set of SOA services and application tier initially<br \/>\ntargeting Drug Safety solutions for the Pharma industry. The UI designer will\u00a0work in collaboration with other UI Designers, along with Developers, Technical\u00a0Architects, and Business Analysts, taking responsibility for UI visualization,\u00a0UX prototyping, and delivery of html\/css\/jss assets used by development.<\/p>\n<div>The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a\u00a0passion, enthusiasm, expertise, and a desire to make a significant contribution<br \/>\nin creating a truly world class solution.<\/div>\n<div>Required Skills and Expertise:<\/div>\n<p>4+\u00a0years experience in Web Design\/Development with emphasis on UI\/UX and form\u00a0development,<br \/>\n2+\u00a0years experience in css design and layout<br \/>\n1+\u00a0years experience in JavaScript<br \/>\nKnowledge\u00a0of web technologies including jQuery, ajax, xml and other tools for making\u00a0functional html mock-ups<br \/>\nExpertise<br \/>\nwith full suite of web development\/prototyping software, including<br \/>\nPhotoshop, Fireworks, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Mozilla-based web<br \/>\ndevelopment plug-ins<br \/>\nStrong\u00a0understanding of web standards, experience trouble-shooting cross-browser\u00a0and accessibility issues<br \/>\nDemonstrated\u00a0ability to translate written requirements into visual ideas<br \/>\nStrong\u00a0background in user-centered design principles<br \/>\nExperience\u00a0with the full software development life cycle =96 requirements analysis\u00a0through test<br \/>\nStrong\u00a0interpersonal and communication skills with fluent English (spoken and\u00a0written)<br \/>\nUnderstanding\u00a0of and exposure to Use Cases<\/p>\n<p>Desired Skills and Expertise:<\/p>\n<p>Experience\u00a0with Subversion and Bugzilla<br \/>\nExperience\u00a0with iterative and incremental software development<br \/>\nExperience\u00a0with the Pharma domain (Drug Safety in particular)<br \/>\nExperience\u00a0in enterprise level application \/ product development.<br \/>\nExperience\u00a0with Eclipse development environment<br \/>\nFamiliarity\u00a0with various JEE 5 technologies:<\/p>\n<p>EJB3<\/p>\n<p>JSF<\/p>\n<p>Facelets, RichFaces<\/p>\n<p>Seam<\/p>\n<p>Web Services<\/p>\n<p>Familiarity\u00a0with Workflow Implementations (Jboss BPM, AquaLogic, etc.)<br \/>\nFamiliarity\u00a0with Business Rules Implementation (Drools, ILOG, Blaze, etc.)<br \/>\nFamiliarity\u00a0with HL7 ANSI standard v3<br \/>\nFamiliarity\u00a0with UML and Enterprise Architect<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A very good friend Yuri Marder asked me to post th= is.
