Men’s Health Applications Intern<\/p>\n
The world’s largest Men’s Magazine is seeking a motivated, creative, and energetic intern to help us expand into the iPhone, Blackberry, Palm, and Android apps platforms. Interested candidates must have experience using an iPhone, must be familiar with the apps store, and should stay current on technology developments, both in and out of apps, through relevant industry blogs, newsletters, and other sources of information.
Duties will include:<\/p>\n
compiling sales figures<\/p>\n
beta testing new apps and distributing betas to a test group<\/p>\n
concepting new apps<\/p>\n
generating awareness for the brand’s apps portfolio<\/p>\n
assisting with mock-ups<\/p>\n
assisting with wireframes<\/p>\n
Candidate should be:<\/p>\n
energetic<\/p>\n
motivated<\/p>\n
fluent in basic design software Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign<\/p>\n
intimately familiar with Apps and iPhones<\/p>\n
familiar with rapid prototyping, if not fluent (Flash etc)<\/p>\n
familiar with a programming language<\/p>\n
