Basic knowledge of InDesign,<br \/>\nPhotoshop, Illustrator and Microsoft Excel is required. Must have<br \/>\nexcellent<br \/>\npeople skills.<\/p>\n<p>Duties include:<br \/>\n? Support Production Director and Manager during closing cycle,<br \/>\nincluding:<br \/>\nMaintaining Epson proofer, inspecting and trimming proofs, creating<br \/>\njpegs<br \/>\nand PDFs of layouts, and processing files in InDesign. This may<br \/>\nrequire late<br \/>\nnights, as needed.<br \/>\n? Creating and maintaining art log in Excel to track layouts and<br \/>\nphotos for<br \/>\neach issue<br \/>\n? Coordinate storage of materials after each issue has shipped to<br \/>\nprinter.<br \/>\n? Archive InDesign files at issue close<br \/>\n?
