The Technical Project Manager at Purpose is the primary=20
coordinator in charge of moving projects from inception to launch. With a
focus on scheduling and resource allotment, it is the PM=92s goal to=20

eeting minutes.Provide status reports to management and clients.Perform stakeholder analysis, as necessary.Monitor and provid=
e quality assurance to all SDLC (Software=20
Development Lifecycle) documentation.Develop best practices and to=

applications. =A0We are not looking for the coder or BA with some project=
=20
management experience. =A0The candidate must have demonstrated successful=
=20
completion of several short and long duration projects as the primary=20
project manager.Self-starter. =A0This is a new function in a new c=
ompany. =A0The=20
candidate must be able to define his\/her role, develop the project=20
management mindset for the firm and be flexible to meet the ever=20
changing needs.Team leader. =A0The candidate must work with the st=
aff to obtain their
trust and motivate them to complete the projects=92 goals without=20
constant directing.Bachelor=92s Degree or higher in Technology or =
related field to have a
good understanding of Web development.Knowledge of SDLC.=
Expertise in MS Project or equivalent.Knowledge of Mac environment.=
PMI certification or Prince2 is desirable.<\/strong><\/p>\n
