We are looking for a recent Computer Science graduate with a solid und=
erstanding of Java and .NET technologies. We provide technical expertise to =
our clients throughout the development cycle including design, coding, and u=
nit testing of robust web solutions as well as participate in the deployment=
, maintenance and enhancement of such enterprise systems. You will interact =
with QA, Designers, Interface Developers, Project Managers =96 basically our=
full team and will be expected to provide estimates on how long it will tak=
e to complete tasks.<\/div>\n

Responsibilities<\/strong>:<\/div>\n

In collaboration with other team members, develop subsystems of total =
web solutions for internal and external projects.<\/div>\n

Work closely with other team members to learn about Blast Radius stand=
ards and processes such as where we store code and general development stand=
ards<\/div>\n

Research and experiment with new technologies and communicate informat=
ion back to the team<\/div>\n

Collaborate with the front-end team and other technical people to inte=
grate back end and front end issues<\/div>\n

Partner with QA throughout the development process and quickly respond=
to bugs and errors identified by QA<\/div>\n

Ensure bugs are rectified and accurate moving forward and prepare docu=
mentation explaining the steps taken to overcome bugs<\/div>\n

Prepare accurate documentation throughout the project<\/div>\n

Participate in project meetings including post project analysis, provi=
de insightful input and ideas and effectively communicate project status and=
challenges<\/div>\n

Contribute to internal projects on an as needed basis<\/div>\n

Skills\/Experience<\/strong>:<\/div>\n

Experience using Java, C#<\/div>\n

Comfortable working with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript<\/div>\n

Up to 2 years of software\/web development experience with J2EE and\/or =
Microsoft .NET and related technologies<\/div>\n

Excellent verbal and written communication skills<\/div>\n

Computer Science degree\/diploma or equivalent experience<\/div>\n

Experience with SharePoint or InfoPath a plus<\/div>\n

You have knowledge of common web application protocols: HTTP, web serv=
