QA Manager=09<\/p>\n
The QA Manager at Purpose will manage the quality assurance=20
process across all of our movement platforms and projects. S\/he will be=20
responsible for both internal and client-facing communication as it=20
relates to the testing and QA process and work closely with the=20
development team, technical project manager, and any external vendors to
ensure adequate quality in our campaigns.<\/p>\n
The candidate will manage QA for all Purpose projects:<\/p>\n
Resource management: recruit and coordinate in house and offshore Q=
A
team.Standard and process creation: Build\/own the appropriate QA=
=20
environment and unit\/integration testing. As we are start-up, we are=20
looking for someone who can create testing objectives and standards for=20
our QA departmentTesting: Work with developers to come up with the=
right testing plan
for each feature. Develop test plan, business cases, test scripts and=20
success criteria. =A0Monitor unit, systems and integration testing.=20
=A0Manage UAT (User Acceptance Testing) coordinate actual testing;=20
maintain bug lists and their resolution through to retesting. Testing=20
end-to-end all platform features and certifying them in a timely mannerWork with the development team to proactively build a suite of tests
aimed at early detection of issues.Help with coordinating release=
s into the production environmentWork with different groups ( like =
Product, Client Services ) to=20
ensure features are delivered timely and with the right quality<\/p>\n
Skills\/Attributes:<\/p>\n
Minimum 2 years of web application testing experience.Self=
-starter. =A0This is a new function in a new company. =A0The=20
candidate must be able to define his\/her role, develop the QA processes=20
for the firm and be flexible to meet the ever changing needs.Digit=
al\/media agency experienceExperience with automated testing systems=
. Direct experience with=20
Hudson\/Selenium\/SimpleTest (Drupal) strongly preferred.Previous ex=
perience testing website with a high degree of=20
interactivity (i.e, not simply content-driven sites) A track recor=
d building and growing QA teams in a high-paced=20
start-up environment is a plusTeam player. Must be a great communi=
cator and able to liaise=20
directly with clients and strategists re: testing and work well in teams

r=92s Degree or higher in Technology or related field to have a
