He\/she is responsible for<br \/>\n&gt; requirements analysis, rapid visual and interaction prototyping,<br \/>\n&gt; visual and non-visual component design, and successful<br \/>\n&gt; implementation and\/or integration of applications and services<br \/>\n&gt; across presentation, logic, and data services tiers. At frog<br \/>\n&gt; design, the Senior Technologist will not only provide a high-<br \/>\n&gt; fidelity implementation, but also creatively enhances the vision of<br \/>\n&gt; the interaction and visual design. He\/she bridges the gap between<br \/>\n&gt; design and technology by providing technical guidance during the<br \/>\n&gt; design process \u2014 not only bringing awareness to constraints, but<br \/>\n&gt; also applying their creative thinking and problem solving abilities<br \/>\n&gt; to create opportunities for innovation, Other responsibilities<br \/>\n&gt; include collaborating with designers to express requirements as<br \/>\n&gt; interactive prototypes, utilizing appropriate tools, assets, and<br \/>\n&gt; methodologies to facilitate the iterative workflow between<br \/>\n&gt; designers and technologists, and leveraging his\/her own design<br \/>\n&gt; sensibilities during implementation cycles. The Senior Technologist<br \/>\n&gt; will often work closely with one or more Technologists and<br \/>\n&gt; Technical Architects.<br \/>\n&gt;<br \/>\n&gt; A Senior Technologist translates requirements into detailed<br \/>\n&gt; application specifications using best practices such as object-<br \/>\n&gt; oriented design and a sound knowledge of the software design life-<br \/>\n&gt; cycle. He\/she also negotiates data services integration, develops<br \/>\n&gt; or specifies the logic necessary to support data-binding within the<br \/>\n&gt; user interface, and has responsibility for the layout, controls,<br \/>\n&gt; interactions, and animation of user interfaces. In addition to<br \/>\n&gt; these responsibilities, Senior Technologists provide leadership<br \/>\n&gt; throughout the project life-cycle, serve as the primary technical<br \/>\n&gt; contact with clients and third-parties, participate in project<br \/>\n&gt; scoping and estimation tasks, and provide solution, application, or<br \/>\n&gt; services architecture recommendations.<br \/>\n&gt;<br \/>\n&gt; To be considered, candidates must demonstrate user interface and\/or<br \/>\n&gt; application development expertise and have professional experience<br \/>\n&gt; delivering a commercial release in at least two of the following<br \/>\n&gt; domains\/technologies:<br \/>\n&gt; \u2022 Desktop, Rich Internet\/Platform, or Web Applications in<br \/>\n&gt; Microsoft .NET 3.x (WPF\/XAML), Microsoft Silverlight, Qt Desktop,<br \/>\n&gt; Adobe Flash\/Flex\/AIR, (X)HTML\/CSS\/JavaScript, or AJAX<br \/>\n&gt; \u2022 Mobile Applications in Qualcomm uiOne, BREW, Symbian (UIQ or<br \/>\n&gt; Nokia Series 60), Microsoft Windows Mobile, Flash Lite, or Android<br \/>\n&gt; \u2022 Distributed N-Tier Applications Or Services in Microsoft .NET,<br \/>\n&gt; LAMP, or J2EE<br \/>\n&gt; \u2022 Consumer or Embedded Devices<br \/>\n&gt; Experience with rich user interfaces, object-oriented design, data<br \/>\n&gt; modeling, application development, and taking projects through an<br \/>\n&gt; entire software release lifecycle is preferred.
