We have a lot of extremely<\/font><\/div>\n<div><font>=<br \/>\ninteresting work to do and need to hire a few superstars to get it done<\/div>\n<div><font>quickly. One of our first projects is redesigning and rebuild=<br \/>\ning blockbuster.com<\/font><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><font>Right now, I am looki=<br \/>\nng for the following:<\/font><\/div>\n<div><font>=A0=A0 =A0 =A0- Senior Designers<\/div>\n<div><font>=A0=A0 =A0 =A0- Senior Web Developers<\/font><\/div>\n<div><font>=<br \/>\n=A0 =A0 =A0 &#8211; Senior Flash\/AS3\/Flex\/AIR Developer<\/font><\/div>\n<div>=<br \/>\n<font>(1-2 pe=<br \/>\nrson each position, all fulltime)<\/font><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>=<br \/>\n<font>Our off=<br \/>\nice is a fun startup-like space in Tribeca\/Chinatown and<\/font><\/div>\n<div><font>=<br \/>\ncompensation is extremely competitive. The team is going to be small,<\/font>=\n<\/div>\n<div><font>so we are only looking for people who are highly-motivated, har=<br \/>\nd-working who<\/font><\/div>\n<div><font>like to make stuff.=A0 In other words, this=<br \/>\n isn&#8217;t a position for someone<\/font><\/div>\n<div><font>to lead a team, this is a p=<br \/>\nosition for someone to be on an all-star team.
