\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Troubleshoot and maintain Citrix XennApp environment, Citrix Access Gateway appliances, Web Interfaces and XenServer.
\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Understanding of Networking protocols including DNS\\DHCP\\SMB and Network Printing
\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Network Architecture and troubleshooting including Routing, Switching, LAN\\VLANs and Trunking.
\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Understanding of Telephony and VoIP.

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Competent installing and configuring Cisco devices (CAT OS\\IOS) and other 802.11 devices.
\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Familiar with backup and disaster recovery scenarios using Backup Exec.<\/p>\n
