Primary duties as Director of Educational Programs\u00a0
– Manage and supervise instructors and teaching assistants\u00a0
– Create job descriptions for all instructors and oversee their annual review process\u00a0
– Implement the curricular direction\/plan of the Board of Trustees\u00a0
– Oversee current curricular development and quality control\u00a0
– Oversee future curricular and new program development\u00a0
– Oversee professional development for instructors\u00a0
– Create, implement, manage and maintain program evaluation\u00a0
– Manage student issues\u00a0
– Run weekly faculty meetings\u00a0<\/p>\n

Secondary duties include: Student affairs, admissions, and recruitment\u00a0
– Oversee student recruitment\u00a0
– Oversee admissions process\u00a0
– Check in regularly with current students\u00a0
– Help to maintain communication with alumni\u00a0<\/p>\n

Requirements\u00a0
– Ability to manage, delegate work and ability to coach, counsel, train and develop staff\u00a0
– Experience in education (higher ed preferred) and in writing\/implementing a program curriculum\u00a0
– Excellent oral and communication skills\u00a0
– Ability to implement changes through negotiation and cooperation\u00a0<\/p>\n
