PT Assistant\/Junior Producer for a digital marketing consultant located in Soho, NYC<\/p>\n
I specialize in launching\/managing campaigns for luxury, lifestyle, entertainment, and B2B brands. I produce websites, events, mobile apps and hybrid apps for social media platforms.<\/p>\n
The Junior Producer will:<\/p>\n
* support on projects, managing client and internal teams from inception through launch<\/p>\n
* act as a liaison for Planning, Creative, Studio, Technology and third party vendors<\/p>\n
* distribute meeting notes to internal and client teams<\/p>\n
* draft statements of works<\/p>\n
* Research and social networking management<\/p>\n

Qualifications:<\/p>\n
– \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to prepare clear and concise client-ready documents<\/p>\n
– \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Minimum of 1-2 years project management experience preferably in an agency<\/p>\n
– \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Ability to manage the full lifecycle of digital projects<\/p>\n
– \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Multi-tasking: you’ll work closely with creative directors, writers and developers<\/p>\n
– \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Willingness to be highly tactical and hands on as well as strategic and client-facing<\/p>\n
– \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Working knowledge of web technologies<\/p>\n
– \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Be highly organized and detail oriented. Use all the PM software to create your plans<\/p>\n
– \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0A good design sense is key<\/p>\n
– \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Experience working on an entertainment brand is a plus<\/p>\n
