The 37 signals board. Actually I haven’t ever responded to a post
\nthere, but that’s where I plan to start my search the next time I’m
\nsearching. I have an impression that the companies and projects that
\npost there are more current in their philosophies and approaches, as
\nare the people responding to the posts. Whether that’s actually true
\nremains to be seen.<\/p>\n
Otherwise, the ITP lists, the ITP community at large (word of mouth),
\nCraigslist.<\/p>\n
F. Monster.com. That’s just my opinion, but I’ve spent an enormous
\namount of time on there in the past with no return whatsoever. On the
\nother hand, that’s probably a sign that it’s a fantastic employer’s
\nmarket.<\/p>\n
