We’re seeking a talented User Interface Designer with a passion for creating the best interactive experiences and solving complex usability problems. We’re looking for someone to collaborate with a team of designers, product managers, and developers to create forward-thinking, user-focused designs while meeting business objectives and needs.<\/p>\n

RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
– Create user-focused designs by considering market analysis, usage data, site metrics, and usability findings<\/p>\n
– Participate in user testing and research<\/p>\n
– Develop taxonomy structures, site and navigation maps, user flows, and wireframes<\/p>\n
– Work closely with design and technical leads to establish and maintain functional and aesthetic product consistencies<\/p>\n
– Present work to design, product, and development teams\u00a0and senior executives for review and feedback<\/p>\n
\u00a0<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS<\/p>\n
– Bachelor\u2019s degree (Master\u2019s, Fine Arts preferred) or equivalent experience<\/p>\n
– 6-8 years of directly related experience in information design<\/p>\n
– Proficiency in industry standard UI design software (OmniGraffle, Illustrator, Photoshop, Visio, Dreamweaver, Fireworks)<\/p>\n
– Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills<\/p>\n
– Ability to work in a collaborative team including development, product,\u00a0and programming<\/p>\n
– Ability to define, articulate, and evangelize the role of UI design within the company<\/p>\n
– Fluency in best practices for web-based information architecture and design<\/p>\n
