\n> Under the direction of the VP, Product Management, you will be
\n> responsible for developing the aesthetic of the Daylife site, as
\n> well as designing, prototyping, and building features and services
\n> for the Daylife Publishing Platform. It’s important that you not
\n> only have exceptional design skills, but that you also have
\n> excellent front-end development talents.

\n> In addition to site design, you will also have the opportunity to
\n> be involved with the design and conceptualization of websites,
\n> themes, and site-creation tools for publishers.

\n> *Responsibilities*

\n> * Collaborate with Product & Technology Team to create new features
\n> and pages.
\n> * Create compelling and engaging design that will be leveraged
\n> across all facets of the business.
\n> * Produce wireframe, use case, and work flow documentation.
\n> * Provide front-end development support as needed for
\n> prototyping as
\n> well as feature development.
\n>
\n> *Requirements*
\n>
\n> * Minimum of 2-3 years experience designing consumer-focused
\n> websites.
\n> * Strong background and\/or interest in web publishing , social
\n> media, journalism, and the online news business.
\n> * Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
\n> * Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; including
\n> CS3 Layer Effects, Smart Objects and Layer Comps.
\n> * Working knowledge of Adobe Flash and Javascript.
\n> * Cross-browser, cross-platform knowledge of semantic,
\n> standards-compliant CSS and XHTML.
\n> * Experience with usability concepts, user testing and complicated
\n> work flow design helpful.
\n> * BS or BA required, preferable in human-computer interaction or a
\n> related field.
\n> * Strong communication skills are a must.
\n>
