The festival is distinguished by its outstanding\u00a0selection of titles, which tackle diverse and challenging subjects,\u00a0representing a range of issues and perspectives, and by the forums for\u00a0discussion with filmmakers and speakers.<\/p>\n<p>The Public Programs division of the museum organizes\u00a0lectures, workshops, fieldtrips and film screenings related to the museum&#8217;s\u00a0temporary and permanent exhibits.<span> <\/span>Interns will have the opportunity to work on projects related to both\u00a0the Mead Festival and other public programs.<\/p>\n<p>Interns are critical to our operations and we are currently\u00a0seeking motivated and creative individuals to work with us.<span> <\/span>This internship enables interns to learn\u00a0about film festival production, documentary analysis, museum operations, and\u00a0outreach strategies, as well as hands-on involvement with the Margaret Mead\u00a0Film &amp; Video Festival.<span> <\/span>We\u00a0require our interns to work at least 2 whole days per week (10:00-5:00 pm,\u00a0M-F)\u00a0plus assist with 4 evening or weekend programs per semester.
