A compliance and e-Learning solutions company in Central NJ is seeking a talented Multimedia Designer for 1-year long contract opportunity.<\/p>\n
In this role, you will design within templates in order to create various online components. We’re looking for a Designer with a highly creative mind who also understand how to design using templates.<\/p>\n
This position offers a pay rate of $25 to $30 per hour, based on experience and level of skills.<\/p>\n

The BOSS Group is partnering with a leading pharmaceutical company in Central NJ to find an experienced Senior Web Project Manager for an outstanding long-term temporary opportunity. We are seeking a resourceful, solutions-oriented team player with at least five years experience managing interactive projects including web development, web analytics and digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is a driven professional with excellent relationship building, communication and presentation skills and proven project management capabilities. To be considered for this position you must be available to work onsite and full-time.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Create and execute project work plans and revise to meet changing needs and requirements<\/p>\n
Prepare for engagement reviews an quality assurance procedures<\/p>\n
Help minimize exposure and risk on projects<\/p>\n
Identify business development and “add-on” sales opportunities<\/p>\n
Lead proposal efforts from project scoping to LOE assessments<\/p>\n
Maintain daily client interactions, including setting and managing expectations<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience<\/p>\n
At least 5 years interactive agency experience in a project management role<\/p>\n
Experience managing mid- to large-scale projects<\/p>\n
Understanding of visual design, web and application programming, database and system design, internet marketing, analytics and SEO\/SEM<\/p>\n
Knowledge of basic revenue models, P\/L and cost-to-completion projects<\/p>\n
Basic comprehension of Internet, Intranet, Extranet and cilent\/server architectures<\/p>\n
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams<\/p>\n
Ability to multitask effectively<\/p>\n
Works efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment<\/p>\n
Superb written, verbal and presentation skills<\/p>\n
