JOB DESCRIPTION
\nAssist the Product team in manifold efforts including email marketing,\u00a0customer acquisition, site performance analysis, and customer\u00a0advocacy. The Products Intern will not only be of material \u03a9assistance in creating customer value but will also gain direct\u00a0experience in Product Management & Product Marketing, by joining in\u00a0executing against a product strategy to propel the industry<\/p>\n
\u2019s leading African American digital radio, online media, and social local, and mobile experiences.<\/p>\n
RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Administer and analyze email-marketing campaigns<\/p>\n
–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Process customer feedback and create positive conversations and relationships between our customers and the brand; be a brand advocate and a customer advocate.<\/p>\n
–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Monitor online traffic statistics<\/p>\n
–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Develop a summary of recommendations and test hypotheses based on analysis<\/p>\n
–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Participate & assist in product sprint planning & road-mapping<\/p>\n
–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Evaluate the competitive landscape and provide insights into digital media product opportunities<\/p>\n
EDUCATION: Candidates must be in good academic standing at an accredited college or university. Undergraduate and Graduate students are encouraged to apply.<\/p>\n
