A company I’ve worked with in the past asked me to post this. They are looking for an experienced full time ACD who is comfortable working in a small start-up design studio. They are based in Bethel, CT so if any of you are already in that area (it’s near Danbury, a little over an hour from the city) or are thinking of moving to that area it could be a great opportunity. I worked as a freelancer with them and I can say they are a great group of people, very down to earth and competent, plus they have great clients (JetBlue, Govida, Nestle, ESPN, MasterCard, NFL just to name a few). \nAssociate Interactive Creative Director Position
\nThe Associate Interactive Creative Director will be responsible for designing digitally integrated promotional campaigns that align strategically with client objectives, have engaging creative, and are conceptually balanced. Concepting for complex projects and new business efforts as well as a working knowledge of the back-end of digital and social campaigns is a must.<\/p>\n
Candidates must be able to clearly present creative concepts and strategies to gain client approval as well as engage prospects with new business pitches.<\/p>\n
This position requires an organized, self-motivated individual with strong communication and leadership skills along with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines and project deliverables while managing both internal and client expectations.<\/p>\n
Required:
\nSolid promotion industry or interactive agency experience (5-10 years)<\/p>\n
Experience in:
\nTeam Leadership Management
\nInteractive Design\/Development
\nUser Interface\/Interaction Design
\nTechnically savvy and Trend Conscious
\nHeavily Social Media Aware
\nUnderstanding of web development cycle from discovery, to creative, to tech development, through execution
\nExpert understanding of existing design technologies
\nIn-depth Understanding of HTML\/DHTML and capabilities of Web Browsers
\nExperience with Mobile Devices and Social Network Applications<\/p>\n
