Pronto.com<\/a> and its family of microsites provide one of the industry’s most comprehensive and targeted online shopping experience.<\/p>\n

We are looking for a creative web developer to join our front end development team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling aggressive deadlines and multi tasking.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

—— Maintain the existing Pronto family of websites.<\/p>\n

—— Implement new features and microsites based on the requirements and designs specified by the product team.<\/p>\n

—— Communicate with the product, design and engineering teams to coordinate all the necessary components for each project.<\/p>\n

—— Work with the QA team to fix identified issues.<\/p>\n

—— Verify code across multiple browsers and operating systems.<\/p>\n

—— Use best practices to build an optimal user experience.<\/p>\n

Required Experience\/Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n

—— Minimum 2 years web development using CSS, HTML, JavaScript and Ajax.<\/p>\n

—— Knowledge of web standards and familiarity with cross browser compatibility issues.<\/p>\n

—— Experience with JSP or similar technologies (experience with JSTL and Tiles is a plus).<\/p>\n

—— Some experience with Photoshop.<\/p>\n

—— Experience with JQuery is a plus.<\/p>\n

—— Knowledge of WordPress templates is a plus.<\/p>\n
