\n<\/U>The Information Architect\/Interaction Designer (IA) is a key contributo=
\nr to defining, developing and visualizing the user interface for a variety o=
\nf interactive products for our clients. You will work collaboratively with A=
\nccount Management, Creative, and Technical team members—from concept t=
\nhrough design development and production—to formulate a strategic, hig=
\nhly usable and technically feasible design solution. Must work well in a sma=
\nll team environment with smart, opinionated people who love their work.

\nResponsibilities:
\n<\/SPAN><\/FONT><\/FONT>Provide recommendations for the best possibl=
\ne user experience.<\/SPAN><\/FONT><\/FONT>=20
\n<\/SPAN><\/FONT>Define and document specifications and requirements for=
\n UI designs (personas, site task flows, site maps information architecture, =
\nscreen inventory, and page wireframes).<\/SPAN><\/FONT><\/FONT>=20
\n<\/SPAN><\/FONT>Support heuristic evaluations and other usability testi=
\nng activities.<\/SPAN><\/FONT><\/FONT>=20
\n<\/SPAN><\/FONT>Analyze user, customer, and business needs to help defi=
\nne website\/application requirements.<\/SPAN><\/FONT><\/FONT>=20
\n<\/SPAN><\/FONT>Work with standards\/best practices for design usability=
\n and responding to usability testing.<\/SPAN><\/FONT><\/FONT>=20
\n<\/SPAN><\/FONT>Consult with internal and external teams to ensure desi=
\ngns are understood, implemented, and communicated accordingly.<\/SPAN><\/FONT>=

\nSkills & Requirements:
\n<\/SPAN><\/FONT><\/FONT>Understanding of usability best practices on=

\ntional specifications.<\/SPAN><\/FONT><\/FONT>=20

\n<\/SPAN><\/FONT>Comfortable working in cross-functional teams, and the =
\nability to accomplish tasks with or without supervision on a number of concu=
\nrrent projects.<\/SPAN><\/FONT><\/FONT>=20
\n<\/SPAN><\/FONT>Understanding of web technical constraints that affect =
\nUI interaction design.<\/SPAN><\/FONT><\/FONT>=20
\n<\/SPAN><\/FONT>Understanding of technical aspects of navigation, requi=
\nrements, users needs and best practices.<\/SPAN><\/FONT><\/FONT>=20
\n<\/SPAN><\/FONT>Ability to conceptualize UI design to meet needs and re=
